"Is he crazy?" Trump on Beto O'Rourke's "hand movements"

Taking questions during a meeting with Ireland Prime Minister Leo Varadkar in the Oval Office, Trump was asked about Beto O'Rourke entering the already packed field of 2020 democratic presidential nominee candidates.

"(2:43) Well, I think he's got a lot of hand movement; I've never seen so much hand movement. I said, "Is he crazy, or is that just the way he acts?"

Trump making fun of someone's "crazy" hand movements is like Trump making fun of someone who makes fun of presidential candidates. Like if Beto came back and called Trump "Little Accordion Hands Trump."

That's said, Beto did kind of move his hands a lot during his candidacy announcement, but you know who else moves their hands a lot when they talk... Everyone. You ever see someone speak without moving their hands at all? It's creepy, like, serial killer creepy.

I myself am a "crazy" hand mover when I speak. Any dinner without a spilled glass is a successful dinner; my wife has a "Days Without Incident" dry erase board in the kitchen.
