"Let's play a game" AOC explains the U.S.'s broken system

Freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez used her five minutes during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on H.R. 1, a bill that focuses on voting rights, campaign finance and ethics rules, to explain how broken our system is and how the president isn't held to the same ethical standards as Congress by playing a game with the members of several oversight and ethics organizations.

She pretended to be a bad guy running for federal office with the witnesses being her co-conspirators, and tried to get away with taking campaign money from any and all corporations, paying people who know bad things about her off , and making money off legislation... Not only did she get away with it all, it wasn't even illegal.

She also points out that the president can get away with even more.

It seems like a strange way to approach witnesses at a congressional committee hearing, but she has proven that she is extremely capable at explaining to people what is going on in our government (intern pay, housing for new members, etc.), and using a "game" and popular YouTube phrases like "lightning round" popularizes bureaucratic rules and procedures.
