Trump spoke to reporters after a phone call with Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto on trade, saying they had reached a 'really good deal.'
As he wrapped up, reporters asked him for a comment on the passing of Senator John McCain. He crossed his arms and dismissively said, "Thank you," as White House staff yelled at them.
After McCain passed, Trump tweeted a message directed to the late war hero's family, not offering anything actually about McCain.
Maybe relax on ending tweets with an exclamation point when offering the most minimal of condolences.
